APPLE SNACK 
1 Grannie Smith apple
Lemon juice, optional
1/4 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. raisins

Wash and core apples. Slice into 12 wedges. Dip in lemon juice to prevent discoloration. Use apple to scoop up peanut butter and then dip in raisins and enjoy. Serves 2-3.
