Meets a fruit/vegetable and a meat/meat alternate requirement at snack. This is a complete snack.

1 med. apple, cored & sliced
1 tbsp. peanut butter
Miniature marshmallows

Spread one side of each apple slice with peanut butter. Place three tiny marshmallows on top of the peanut butter on one apple slice. Top with another apple slice, peanut butter-side down. Squeeze gently and eat. Makes one serving.
