HEAVENLY POTATOES 
32 oz. frozen hash potatoes
1/2 c. grated onion
1 pt. sour cream
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 stick butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
Crushed corn flakes

Saute butter and onion. While that is cooking mix hash browns, sour cream, cream of chicken and 3/4 of Cheddar cheese. Add butter and onion and mix all together. Place in 9x13 pan. Top with remaining cheese and crushed corn flakes. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
