TURKEY LOAF 
2-3 lbs. ground turkey meat
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
2 tbsp. ground sage
2 tbsp. poultry seasoning
1 lg. onion, finely chopped
2 stalks celery, finely chopped
1 egg

Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Mold into a loaf in a roast pan. bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Dissolve 3 chicken bouillon cubes into 2 cups of boiling water. Mix 2 tablespoons all purpose flour with cold water adding cold water a little at a time until flour mixture is creamy smooth thin liquid. Slowly mix flour mixture to dissolved bouillon cube water stirring constantly until mixed well then pour mixture over the turkey loaf and allow to cool in oven approximately 15 to 20 minutes more. Serve over or with mashed potatoes or rice.
