MEATLOAF 
3 c. cornflakes
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. veal
1 egg
1 tbsp. minced onion
4 tsp. sage
3/4 c. diced celery
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. ketchup
3/4 c. milk
3/4 c. hot water
1/4 c. butter

Mix all ingredients in order given except hot water and butter, mix well and baste with it frequently. Bake in 450 degree oven 15 minutes, then turn oven down to 350 degrees and bake 1 hour longer.
