CREAM OF BROCCOLI CAULIFLOWER
SOUP
 
10 oz. frozen broccoli (may use fresh)
10 oz. frozen cauliflower (may use fresh)
1 clove garlic
2 tbsp. butter

Cook above ingredients until tender. Add:

2 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (10 oz.) can bouillon soup
2/3 c. non fat dry milk
1 1/2 c. water
1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice

Cook 5 minutes. Add 1 can cheddar cheese soup. Cook on low until hot.
