CRANBERRIED YAMS 
2 1/2 c. cooked mashed sweet potatoes
Dash of salt
1 (16 oz.) can cranberry sauce
2 tbsp. firmly packed brown sugar
1 tsp. grated orange rind
2 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 c. chopped pecans or walnuts

Add salt to mashed sweet potatoes and spoon into a greased 4 cup casserole. Combine cranberry sauce, brown sugar, orange rind and melted butter; spread over sweet potatoes. Top with chopped nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Yield: 8 servings.
