CRAB RANGOON 
1 pkg. wonton wraps
8 oz. cream cheese
1 can crab meat
Garlic salt
Parmesan cheese

Allow cheese to soften to room temperature. Combine cheese and crab meat. Season with garlic salt and Parmesan cheese to taste. Place 1 spoonful of mixture in wonton wrap. Roll and seal. Deep fry and serve immediately.

I made these and I altered recipe to a sweet curry with raisens added to one cooked potato/one carrot which were microwaved. Then I always use non stick skillet and gently fry these without oil. They come out really good and without oil. We also make fresh banana with Hershey's cocoa as well. Banana diced small/add Hershey's cocoa syrup and then close the won ton wrap. The crab ones are my favorite dish to make however I use shrimp as well they tiny miniature ones are so easy to use. Pretty much given up oil altogether now and sugar. Is so much better. Only use a small amount of sugar like what was in that Hershey's syrup. Have made coconut/curry as well and that goes great in those Emeril's Chinese buns.
