SPICY GRILLED SHRIMP 
3-5 lb. shrimp
1 sm. bottle Italian fat free dressing
1/4 c. squeeze butter
1 capful Worcestershire sauce
Sprinkle of garlic powder
Creole seasoning

30 minutes before cooking: Mix the dressing, sauce, powder and butter. Microwave for 15 seconds. Stir. Place all shrimp in the mixture.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
