QUICHE 
1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 lb. bacon (fried)
1 (8 oz.) can mushroom (drained)
1 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 med. onion (chopped)
2 c. half and half or milk
6 eggs
4 tbsp. lemon juice
2 (9 inch) deep pie shells

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Fry bacon until crisp. Cook broccoli until thawed well, drain. Mix milk, eggs and lemon juice. Beat well. Put pie shells in oven for 5 minutes. Then crumble bacon in pie shells, spread mushrooms over bacon, then onion, broccoli and cheese.

Pour milk mixture over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until it starts to brown. Let cool 10 minutes before serving.
