BLUEBERRY DUTCH CAKE 
1 qt. fresh blueberries
1 1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. oil
2 tbsp. milk
1 or 2 tbsp. sugar

TOPPING:

Combine:

3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. butter

For the crust, combine flour, salt and sugar. Pour oil and milk into a measuring cup. Whip with fork until combined. Pour all at once over flour mixture. Mix with fork. Pat into 9 inch pie plate.

Mix berries into topping and pour into pie pan. Bake 350 degrees 1 hour until brown.
