BLUEBERRY COFFEE CAKE 
Sift together into a large bowl:

3 c. sifted all-purpose flour
2 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt

Add:

2 eggs
1 c. milk
1/3 c. cooking oil
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Beat vigorously for about 2 minutes.

Fold in, with loving care:

2 c. fresh or frozen blueberries

Turn into 9x13 inch greased and floured pan.

Combine:

1/2 c. sugar
3/4 tsp. nutmeg

Sprinkle this over top of cake. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Serve with love. Delicious!
