TOMATO SOUP CAKE 
2 tbsp. shortening
1 c. sugar
1 can tomato soup
1/4 can water
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. raisins
1 3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda

Melt shortening in large saucepan; remove from heat. Add sugar, mix and add soup, water and raisins. Heat on low flame until raisins are heated through; remove and cool. Sift flour, add salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and mix into soup mixture. Add baking soda mixed in 1 teaspoon water. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Pour into pan and bake 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out dry. Ice with your favorite icing when cool.
