DESSERT BROWNIES 
1/2 c. butter
2 sq. (2 oz.) unsweetened chocolate
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 c. chopped pecans

This is not a cake-type brownie, it will be moist. In a saucepan melt butter and chocolate. Remove from heat; stir in sugar. Blend in eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add vanilla. Stir in flour; mix well. Add nuts and mix in. Spread batter in a greased 8 x 8 x 2 inch baking pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until done. Cool, cut into bars. Makes 8 to 12.
