MARINADE (MEAT) 
1/2 c. red sweet wine
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 garlic clove or 2 tsp. garlic juice
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 c. tomato catsup
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt

Combine ingredients. Boil. Cool. Marinate meat in sauce.
