CRANBERRY ORANGE OAT BREAD 
1 3/4 c. flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
2/3 c. milk
2/3 c. sugar
1 tbsp. grated orange rind
1/3 c. orange juice
1/4 c. oil
1 1/2 c. cereal oat flakes
1 c. chopped cranberries
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix flour and baking soda and salt. Beat eggs, milk, sugar, orange rind, orange juice and oil. Add to flour mixture and mix just enough to moisten flour. Stir in cereal, cranberries and nuts. Pour into well-greased 9x5 inch loaf pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes or until tester inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan just 10 minutes. Remove from pan and cool on rack.
