FULL FLAVORED STEAK 
4 (15 oz.) porterhouse steaks (different steak can be used)
2 1/2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. ginger, ground
1 garlic clove, crushed
1/2 c. soy sauce
1 tbsp. tarragon vinegar

Combine the sugars, garlic, soy sauce, and vinegar. Put meat into a large shallow dish and pour soy sauce mix over meat. Allow to marinate at least 30 minutes, turning once or twice. Place on grill when ready, reserving marinade. Grill steak, brushing with marinade until done. Serve immediately.
