CREAM CHEESE PIE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Strawberries or other fruit (fresh or canned)
Non-dairy whipped topping
1 (9 inch) pie shell, baked

Beat cream cheese, lemon juice, milk and vanilla; pour half of mixture into pie shell. Top with fresh or canned fruit. Pour remaining mixture into shell and top with more fruit.
