CREAM CHEESE PIE | |
1 c. confectioners' sugar 1 (1 lb. 5 oz.) can Comstock fruit (blueberries, pineapple, cherry) 1 tsp. vanilla 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 (9") pie crust (graham cracker or pastry crust) 1 c. heavy cream Stir cream cheese to soften. Add confectioners' sugar and vanilla. Mix. Whip heavy cream until almost thick. Fold into cream cheese mixture. Spoon filling into baked pie crust. Top with fruit. Chill until set, about 3 hours. |
