VIDALIA ONION CASSEROLE 
3 lg. Vidalia onions
8-12 saltine crackers
3 tbsp. canned milk
Butter
1 c. grated cheese

Cut onion in 1/8 pieces and then pull apart. Saute onion in butter until soft, but not brown. Roll out saltines into crumbs and put in skillet with butter.

Layer buttered crumbs, onions and grated cheese in casserole, ending with crumbs. Sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
