FILLING FOR MARDI-GRAS CAKE 
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. canned milk
1/2 c. water
1/3 c. butterscotch chips
1 egg yolk, beaten
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 c. coconut

Mix sugar, flour, canned milk, water, chips and 1 egg yolk, beaten. Cook until thick. Remove from heat, add nuts and coconut. Fill between the layers.
