CRANBERRY ORANGE BREAD 
2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp. shortening
3/4 c. orange juice
1 c. raw cranberries, cut in halves

Measure flour and blend dry ingredients. Mix in shortening, orange juice and egg. Fold in cranberries. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees in well greased 9"x5"x3" loaf pan. (Or you can make several mini loaves.) Cool thoroughly before slicing.
