CRANBERRY-ORANGE BREAD 
2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. shortening
1/2 c. orange juice concentrate
1/4 c. water
1 beaten egg
1 c. chopped cranberries

Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt and shortening well. Add orange juice, water and beaten egg. Stir in chopped cranberries. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean.
