PARMESAN CHICKEN 
6 - 8 chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
1 c. butter, melted
2 c. Italian bread crumbs
1 c. grated parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. instant minced garlic
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. parsley flakes

Cut chicken into nugget size pieces. Melt butter in shallow dish. Combine bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic, salt and parsley flakes. Dip chicken into butter, roll in crumb mixture. Arrange in 9 x 13 pan.

Bake at 375°F for 1 hour.
