QUICK AND EASY WAN TONS 
1 pkg. Wan Ton Wraps
1 can Cedar Lake fish flavor patty mix or La Loma Ocean Platter Mix (4.5 oz.) or (Any flavor of similar mixes)
1/2 can (8 oz. can) water chestnuts (chopped fine)
1/4 c. parsley, cilantro or celery leaves (finely chopped)
2 tsp. ginger root (grated), optional

Follow directions on can to prepare patty mix (do not follow cooking instructions). Add remaining ingredients to make filling. Put a teaspoon of filling in the middle of wrapper and brush two edges with beaten eggs. Seal into a triangle pushing as much air out as possible. (See package for fancy wrapping methods.)

Pour 3/4 inch of oil into skillet (the higher the sides - the better for cleanup) and heat. (Deep fat frying takes longer and the wan tons will soak up more oil.) Place wan tons in skillet and fry, turning once, until golden brown. Drain and serve hot.
