PIZZELLES 
6 eggs
3 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. butter
4 tsp. baking powder
2 tbsp. anise oil

Beat eggs slowly, adding sugar gradually. Beat until smooth. Add cooled butter and flavoring. Blend thoroughly. Add flour and baking powder gradually to egg mixture. Dough will be sticky enough to be dropped by spoon.
