STRAWBERRY DUMPLINGS 
Pastry dough (I use ready made)
Strawberries (can use frozen, drained)
Cool Whip

Shape pastry into square. Cut 4 small squares. Mix Cool Whip and strawberries. Place about 1/4 cup mixture on dough. Pinch up to close; wet edge of dough and it will close easily. Do not let leak. Bake in Teflon muffin tin at 400 degrees about 15 minutes. Serve hot. In season, slice fresh strawberries around hot pastry.
