1 pkg. milk chocolate chips
1 stick butter
1 box powdered sugar
1 c. peanut butter
1 box Rice Chex

Melt chocolate, peanut butter, and butter. Pour over cereal in large bowl. Put sugar in paper grocery bag. Add chocolate coated cereal and shake. Spread on wax paper to cool.
