12 oz. bag of chocolate chips
1 c. peanut butter
1 stick butter
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Melt the above together and pour over a 14 ounce box of Rice Chex or Crispy Critters in a large bowl until well coated. Put 1 1/2 cups of powdered sugar in a large brown bag. Add the mix to the bag and shake until coated. Ready to serve. You can add peanuts, raisins or coconut curls for a gourmet chow.
