2/3 c. oil
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour

Stir by hand.

1 c. raisins
Coconut
1 c. chopped nuts
Apple or cherry pie filling
Peaches, dates, oranges or pumpkin

Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour.
