COTTAGE FRUIT SPREAD SANDWICH 
1 c. low fat cottage cheese
1/4 c. chopped dates
1/4 c. chopped pecans
Dash of ground cinnamon
8 (1 oz.) slices raisin bread
8 fresh strawberries, sliced
1 sm. banana, sliced

Combine first four ingredients; spread about 3 tbsp. on each slice of bread. Top with strawberry and banana slices. Serve immediately. 8 servings (142 calories).
