STUFFED ROUND STEAK 
2 tbsp. butter
3 c. soft bread crumbs
1 med. onion, chopped
1 egg, well beaten
1 tbsp. warm water
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 1/2 lbs. round steak, about 1 inch thick
2 tbsp. cooking oil
1/2 c. boiling water

Saute onions in butter until brown. Combine egg, warm water, salt, poultry seasoning, bread crumbs, and onion; mix well. Spread mixture over steak. Starting from the long side, roll meat up like a jelly-roll. Tie securely with twine. Brown rolled meat on all sides in hot oil. Add boiling water and bake in covered pan for 1 1/2 hours or until meat is tender (325 degrees). Remove strings and cut into slices to serve.
