SAUTEED CHERRY TOMATOES 
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 pt. cherry tomatoes, stems removed
2 tbsp. chopped fresh basil
Salt and pepper to taste

Heat oil in a skillet and add the cherry tomatoes. Saute them, shaking pan constantly, until some of the skins split.

Put tomatoes into serving bowl, sprinkle with basil, salt and pepper, and mix gently. Serve immediately.
