FILET ROAST WITH VEGETABLES 
1 fillet roast
3-4 potatoes
2 pkgs. Knorr's onion soup mix
3-4 carrots
3 celery
1 onion
1 carrot
Water
Garlic powder
Pepper

Chop carrots, onion, celery into small pieces. Peel potatoes and quarter. Put roast in roasting pan and season with garlic and pepper. Mix Knorr's soup with hot water (approximately 2 cups per mix) and pour over roast. Make sure roast is covered with water and around roast, vegetables and potatoes. Cover with aluminum foil and bake in preheated oven at 400 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Check water level periodically and add more if necessary. Great served with salad and fresh bread.
