CHOCOLATE DELIGHT 
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. flour
1 stick melted butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
12 oz. carton Cool Whip
1 c. powdered sugar
2 sm. chocolate instant pudding mixes

Mix first three ingredients in a 9"x13" baking dish; bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool. Spread the cream cheese, 1 cup of Cool Whip and powdered sugar on the crust. Mix 2 small packages of instant chocolate pudding. Spread on top of the cheese mixture. Top with the remaining Cool Whip. Garnish with pecan halves.
