BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
1 lb. (16 oz.) bacon
6 slices buttered bread
1 (10 oz.) pkg. smokey sausage
2 c. grated American cheese
1 lb. (16 oz.) grated cheddar cheese
10 eggs
3 1/2 c. milk

Cook 1 pound bacon until crisp. Drain well. Place 6 slices of buttered bread, cut in half in a buttered 9 x 13 inch pan. Crumble bacon onto bread. Add one 10 ounce package smokey sausage, cut in bite-size pieces over bacon. Spread over sausage 2 cups grated American cheese and 1 pound grated cheddar cheese.

Beat 10 eggs well. Stir into eggs 3 1/2 cups milk. Pour all of this mixture over bread and meat mixture. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Allow 10 minutes out of oven before serving.
