CREAMY RICE PUDDING 
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/3 c. honey
2 c. long grained fast cook rice
1/3 c. raisins
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. plain yogurt

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix egg, milk, vanilla and honey; stir in all other ingredients, except yogurt. Spread mixture in a 8 inch square pan. Bake 25 minutes, stirring from time to time. Remove from oven and let stand 10 minutes. Ladle yogurt over pudding and serve.
