CRANBERRY BREAD 
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp. melted butter
2 tbsp. hot water
1/2 c. orange juice
1 grated orange rind
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 c. cranberries

Cut cranberries in half. Mix dry ingredients and then add the rest of the ingredients along with the cranberries. Bake in small loaf pans at 325 oven.
