4 c. cooked potatoes
4 eggs
1/4 c. flour
1 c. coconut
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sugar
1 c. Pet milk
1 stick melted butter
Pecans (optional)

Mix all ingredients and bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes or until brown.
