6 c. honey graham cereal
2 c. salted peanuts
1 c. butter
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1 tsp. vanilla

In large bowl mix together cereal and peanuts. In saucepan melt butter; stir in sugar and corn syrup. Cook until mixture comes to a full boil, 3-4 minutes. Continue cooking 3-5 minutes until mixture reaches a soft ball stage, 234 degrees.

Stir in vanilla; candy with cereal nut mixture. Spread evenly onto buttered cookie sheet. Cool completely. Break into pieces. Store in loosely covered container.
