SOUR CREAM COFFEE CAKE 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. sour cream
9 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
5 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts

Cream together butter, sugar and vanilla. Add one egg at a time, beating well after each egg. Sift together flour, baking powder and baking soda. Add flour mixture, alternating with sour cream.

Grease 10-inch tube pan. Make streusel mixture by mixing creaming together butter, brown sugar, cinnamon and nuts. place one third streusel mixture on bottom of tube pan. Then add 1/2 of batter mixture. Add another 1/3 of streusel mixture, then remaining of batter. Finish with remaining streusel mixture.

Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes. Let cool for 15-20 minutes before removing from pan.
