MANDARIN ORANGE CAKE 
1 yellow cake mix
1 c. oil
4 eggs
1 can mandarin oranges with juice

TOPPING:

1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 (11 oz.) can crushed pineapple (drained)

Combine cake mix, oil, eggs and mandarin oranges. Mix well. Bake in 9 x 13 cake pan at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. While cake is baking, mix together Cool Whip, pudding mix and pineapple. Spread topping evenly on cooled cake and serve.
