SHERRIED BEEF 
3 lbs. boneless chuck roast
1 pkg. dry onion soup
2 cans mushroom soup
3/4 c. cooking sherry
1 (4 oz.) can whole mushrooms

Cut meat into 1 inch cubes. Place all ingredients in a 3 quart casserole. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 3 hours. Serve over rice.
