SALISBURY STEAK 
3 lbs. lean ground beef
1 c. crushed crackers
1 c. water
1 can mushroom soup
1 can water

Mix together lean beef, crushed crackers and cup of water. Put into cake pan. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Slice and fry like steak. PUT into roaster. Mix one can mushroom soup and one can water together; pour over meat. Cover. Put in oven at 300-350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly and brownish.
