TAFFY APPLE SALAD 
4 Granny Smith apples
4 Delicious apples
1 (20 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained well, save juice
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, hard boiled
16 oz. Cool Whip
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
2 c. chopped dry roasted peanuts

Core and chop apples. Put apples in bowl and coat with pineapple juice. Drain. In another bowl, combine the sugar, flour, eggs (sliced), vinegar, pineapple, Cool Whip and 1 2/3 cups chopped nuts. Fold in apples. Top with remaining peanuts.
