COOL CHOCOLATE DESSERT 
1 c. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1 cube butter
1 c. chopped walnuts
8 oz. cream cheese
1 1/4 powdered sugar
12 oz. Cool Whip
2 sm. pkg. instant chocolate pudding
2 3/4 c. milk

Mix together until crumbly: 1 cup flour, sugar, butter, and 1/2 cup nuts. Press into 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cream together cheese and 1 cup powdered sugar, and 1 cup Cool Whip. Spread over cooled crust.

Whip together pudding, milk, and 1/4 cup powdered sugar. Pour over cheese mixture.

Top with remaining Cool Whip and sprinkle with nuts. Refrigerate 30 minutes.
