COOL LEMON DESSERT | |
1 c. flour 1/2 c. chopped nuts 1 c. powdered sugar 2 pkgs. lemon pudding, prepared 1/2 c. butter, softened 8 oz. cream cheese 1 lg. Cool Whip Mix flour, butter and nuts until crumbly. Press into 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake 12 to 15 minutes at 350 degrees until light brown, cool. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1 cup Cool Whip. Spread over cooled crust. Prepare lemon pudding and cool. Pour over cheese layer. Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Top with remaining Cool Whip. |
