BEER ROLLS 
4 c. buttermilk baking mix
2 tbsp. sugar
1 can (12 oz.) beer

Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl. Blend well. Fill muffin pans 1/2 full of batter. Let rise 10 minutes. Bake at 400 degrees until browned. Cooked rolls freeze well. Yield: 12 large rolls.

There was one problem with the recipe. One can of beer is not enough for four (4) cups of baking mix. I added almost another whole can of beer :)
