SALSA DIP 
1 pt. sour cream
12 oz. jar salsa (mild or hot)
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
1 lg. tomato, diced

Spread sour cream on a plate. Spread salsa over sour cream. Sprinkle cheese over salsa. Garnish with diced tomato just before serving. Serve with plain corn tortilla chips.
