SALSA DIP 
1 can refried beans
8 oz. sour cream
1/2 jar mild salsa
4 oz. Cheddar cheese
1 pkg. tortilla chips

Combine beans, sour cream and salsa in pot and heat slowly until creamy. Pour into an oven-safe casserole and top with cheese. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve warm with tortilla chips. (For those who like it spicy, use medium or hot salsa instead of mild.)
